Terms & Conditions — DD777

Welcome to DD777 (referred to in these Terms as "DD777", "we", "us" or "our"). DD777 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform operated for users located in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and DD777 governing your access to and use of the platform available at dd777.cam and all associated services, content and features.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the DD777 platform, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise using our services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the DD777 platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the DD777 platform through which you access our services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets or other incentives credited to your Account subject to specific wagering and redemption conditions.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, data, odds, results, commentary, software, audio, video and other material made available through the DD777 platform.
• "Platform" means the DD777 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or services accessible at dd777.cam.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports wagering, promotional and informational services offered by DD777.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity responsible for the actual operation, licensing and regulatory compliance of the gaming services delivered through the DD777 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to validate your account, age and payment details in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful or restricted, as determined by applicable law or the Operator's licensing conditions.

Use of the DD777 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that, at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close associate of DD777 or its affiliated entities in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended or terminated by DD777 or any affiliated operator for breach of terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

DD777 makes no representation that the Services are lawful for use in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. The burden of determining lawfulness rests entirely with the individual user. Registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited does not exempt you from the consequences of that restriction.

To access the full range of DD777 Services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

DD777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. As part of this process, you may be required to provide:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by our compliance team.

DD777 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close any account where KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period of request, or where the documentation provided is deemed insufficient, fraudulent or inconsistent with other account information.

DD777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform Content.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or similar software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and in a way that does not infringe the rights of DD777 or any third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the DD777 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using DD777 to launder money, finance terrorism or conduct any fraudulent financial activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including cricket, PSL or ICC tournament wagers.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic or dishonest means, including use of multiple accounts, fictitious deposits or coordinated staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash or any other payment provider after depositing funds to your Account.
• Unauthorised software: Using betting bots, prediction algorithms, arbitrage software or any tool not explicitly approved by DD777.
• Account sharing: Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to access or use your Account.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or impersonating any other person or entity.

All deposits to your DD777 Account must be made through the payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier interface. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the PKR currency option is selected.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from accounts held by family members — are not permitted and may trigger an AML review. DD777 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and return funds to their source without explanation where reasonable grounds for refusal exist.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time, subject to the processing time of the relevant payment provider. DD777 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processing systems.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and the Operator's published withdrawal processing timelines. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

DD777 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before approving any withdrawal request. Failure to satisfactorily complete these checks may result in a delay or refusal of the withdrawal pending further documentation.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification status.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds that have not met their stated wagering requirements will not be approved.

DD777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses — including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and event-specific promotions tied to cricket, PSL or T20 World Cup fixtures — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only and cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address or device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry will be forfeited.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games or markets contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are published in the individual offer terms.
• DD777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including in response to suspected abuse.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not completed the required wagering cycle are not available for withdrawal until requirements are satisfied in full.

All bets and gaming rounds placed through DD777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game or event. Sport-specific rules for cricket (including PSL, ICC T20, bilateral series and domestic tournaments), football, UFC, esports and other covered markets are published within the relevant product section of the Platform.

The following general betting and gaming conditions apply across all products:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• All bets are final once confirmed. DD777 does not accept requests to cancel or modify placed bets except where explicitly permitted by the applicable product rules (e.g., Cash Out functionality where available).
• In the event of a technical error, system fault or manifest pricing error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, DD777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per day apply and are published in the relevant product terms.
• DD777 reserves the right to limit, suspend or restrict betting activity on any account without prior notice where unusual patterns are detected.

DD777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform.
• Reality checks: On-screen notifications that remind you how long you have been playing.

You are granted no right, title or interest in or to any DD777 intellectual property by virtue of your use of the Platform, other than the limited licence described in Section 5. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any DD777 Content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DD777 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

DD777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

DD777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity on your Account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.
• Continued operation of your Account presents a risk to DD777 or other users.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. On closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any Bonus Funds not satisfying applicable conditions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

DD777 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the DD777 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DD777's operating licence is held. Any disputes not resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Users located in Pakistan acknowledge that participation in online gambling may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. DD777 does not provide legal advice and you are solely responsible for seeking independent legal guidance on your obligations under Pakistani law.
